Experience
Founder and co-managing partner of Greene and Letts, a nationally-respected
law firm he founded with Eileen M. Letts in 1990 • Primary practice is in
labor, employment law and other civil litigation • Represents such clients
as: Sara Lee, Eastman Kodak, ITW, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, University
of Illinois and University of Chicago • Has represented many
private and public corporations in a variety of matters including:
employment law, civil rights, municipal law, commercial and contract
litigation, construction litigation and contract negotiations • Extensive
experience trying federal cases, especially employment discrimination cases
• Participated in many programs, conferences and seminars concerning employment law • Served as a member of the presidential
transition team for President-Elect Ronald Reagan (Worked under the
direction of Jewel S. LaFontant in preparing a study on the United States
Commission on Civil Rights) • Served on the transition team for Chicago
Mayor-Elect Harold Washington, compiling a study on the City of Chicago
